State Regent’s Projects

  1. 1.Create a “Touch NC History”,
    Colonial Backcountry kit for
    Fourth Graders/NC Studies and
    for NCSSDAC chapter use.

  2. 2.Prepare three mannequins (woman, female child and pre-teen boy) in colonial clothing for permanent display in their period settings at The Museum of the Waxhaws in Waxhaw, North Carolina. A plaque denoting this gift from NCSSDAC will be displayed.

  3. 3.Develop and distribute an annual newsletter for all NCSSDAC members with a concentration
    on chapter and state activities.
